Amanda Rubeck, vice president and senior retail officer at STAR Bank, Fort Wayne, has been honored with the Indiana Bankers Association 2023 Woman on the Rise award, sponsored by Amundsen Davis LLC. She was presented with the award on Thursday, Nov. 9, during the IBA Banking on Women conference.

This honor recognizes a woman in banking age 40 or younger who is making a significant impact in her industry and community through engagement, drive and teamwork.

“Amanda won’t be the loudest voice in a room, but she listens to what is and is not said in the room then offers thorough and thoughtful responses,” her nominator said. “She advocates for others to have a seat at the table and will work to ensure there is representation.”
