This two-day hands-on Train-the-Trainer workshop provides the knowledge and skills needed for your training team to create, deliver, facilitate, evaluate and manage successful training sessions for your bank employees.

During the first day, participants will learn the basics of training, and facilitation as well as essential skills for working with adult learners.

The second day participants will learn how to create engaging participant-centered content, turn boring content into interactive learning, create evaluations to improve training and much more.

Becky Hickman is a training and development expert with over 21 years of experience designing and facilitating training best practices. Becky is a Community Facilitator bringing people together to collaborate and resolve a focused issue. By launching Becky Hickman & Associates, LLC, her focus is to enhance training and development programs in the banking industry. Her credentials include certification in coaching and sales with Integrity Solutions, Inc., certification in instructional design and facilitator with the Bob Pike Group. Becky has facilitated the IBA Training Directors Roundtable and Forums and currently serves on the Banking on Women planning committee.

Participation in IBA programs is limited to members, associate members, and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or non-member rates. Surcharge of 100% for Non-Members.

Cancellation Policy

Within three or more business days prior to the day of an educational program, no cancellation charge will be assessed. Within two days prior, 50% of the fee is assessed. Refunds are not provided for cancellations or absences on the day of the program. Substitutions are welcome at anytime.
