The Inaugural 2019 IBA Security Conference: Cyber, Fraud and Physical is being held at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel, 11925 N. Meridan Street, Carmel, IN 46032 on October 1 & 2, 2019. Room rates are $149 based on single/double occupancy. The cut-off date for reservations is September 9, 2019. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis.

IBA Members - $495  

Each Additional Attendee - $350

Registration fees include electronic handout materials, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment break each day and a cocktail reception with Exhibitors. Participation in IBA programs is limited to members, associate members, and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or nonmember rates. 100% Surcharge for Non-Members will be applied.

Attire: Business casual attire is appropriate for all IBA programs. Because of temperature variation in meeting rooms, please bring a sweater or jacket for your comfort.

Special Needs/Dietary Needs: If you have a disability that may affect your participation in this program, please notify the IBA at least 10 days before the program. We will contact you to discuss accommodations. If you have a dietary need, please contact Elizabeth DeHaven at the IBA to let her know at least two (2) days prior to the program.

Additional Information: 

Exhibit Area
As an additional benefit for attendees, an exhibit area will feature companies showcasing their products and services of interest to Security and Cybersecurity personnel. All breaks, continental breakfasts and reception will take place in the exhibit area so you will have plenty of opportunity to visit with the exhibitors and become aware of a number of tools that can be used to
streamline your operations.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations received in the IBA office 14 business days prior to the scheduled program will be refunded in full. Due to commitments with the hotels, cancellations received less than 14 business days prior to the scheduled program are not refundable. Substitutions are welcome. Registrants who do not attend the program or send a substitute will be responsible for the entire registration fee.

Conference Exhibitors and Sponsors:
If IBA receives a written cancellation by September 10, 2019, you will receive a full refund less a $50 handling fee on exhibit rentals and sponsorships. There will be no refund on exhibit registrations or sponsorships after September 10, 2019.
