Talent Assessment & Succession Workshop
The Indiana Bankers Association and the Graduate School of Banking at Madison, Wisconsin, have partnered to offer this joint program. We are pleased to join together to bring nationally-known GSB instructor Cheryl Thomas to present to the bankers of Indiana.
The objective of this workshop is to introduce concepts of Talent Assessment and Succession Management and train leaders on the use of basic processes and tools.

Cheryl L. Thomas, Managing Director, Impacting People, LLC is a seasoned Human Resources leader, with more than 30 years of diversified human resources experience. Throughout her career she has worked with Executive Teams and Boards leading and managing work in areas including leadership and employee development, rewards, organizational culture, employee engagement, Human Resources strategy. Her experience crosses multiple industries including Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing. She has worked domestically and globally. She is a member of the Graduate School of Banking faculty.
