Attention FLD members!
Have you been a member of the IBA’s Future Leadership Division for more than six months? If so, you are eligible to apply for a $1,500 scholarship available exclusively to members of the FLD to attend the IBA’s Leadership Development Program. The 2024 Leadership Development Program will be a series of four sessions that are currently scheduled to be held March 18-20, May 20-22, August 19-21, and October 21-23. The FLD 2 LDP Scholarship is made possible thanks to the sponsorship of Amundsen Davis LLC.
To apply for the FLD 2 LDP Scholarship, complete the application below by October 27, 2023. It is recommended that FLD members seek the approval from supervisors or human resources representatives to ensure the bank’s willingness to cover remaining LDP registration fees should the applicant earn the scholarship.
The IBA Executive Committee will select the scholarship recipient from eligible applicants. Should the selected recipient not be able to attend LDP for any reason, the scholarship will be forfeited, and the IBA Executive Committee will select an alternate recipient. The scholarship recipient will be announced in December. A bank may win this scholarship no more than once every five years.
