We are very pleased to welcome you to the 2024 IBA Mega Conference and hope that you find it enjoyable and rewarding. Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:

Where can I unload when I arrive at the Convention Center? There is a loading dock that backs up to the rear of Hall D. This dock is accessible off of West Street, just south of Maryland Street. There is also a circle drive off of Maryland Street that can be used for quick unloading.
What are the trade show hours? The trade show parallels the conference agenda - 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday. However, when you choose to “man” your exhibit is at your own discretion. (See following questions.)
Can an exhibitor attend the education sessions? Absolutely! Exhibitors are considered full registrants and are encouraged to fully participate in the conference.
Can an exhibitor attend the meal functions? Absolutely! Once again, exhibitors are considered full registrants and are encouraged to fully participate in the conference. You will make as many, if not more contacts during education sessions and meal functions as you will standing at your exhibit.
How can we get name badges for additional representatives? Your exhibitor fee covers one representative. Three additional representatives can be added for $175 each. Standard registration fees and procedures apply thereafter. All representatives must be registered and have IBA credentials to enter the trade show area. Please contact Susan Clark to request an additional representative.
Where do we get chairs? Each booth will be provided with two chairs. Additional chairs are available for rental from Fern Expo (an order form will be sent to you in advance). Please do not take chairs from the meeting rooms.
When and how can we announce door-prize winners? We are limiting prize drawing announcements to one per exhibitor, per day. Please consider drawing a winner on Tuesday and a winner on Wednesday as many attendees will only attend one day.
On Tuesday, prize drawing announcements will take place during the Mega Celebration (4:30-5:30 pm). On Wednesday, prize drawing announcements will take place during the dessert break following lunch (1:15pm – 1:40 pm). The IBA will provide prize winner forms on site.
When is teardown? You may dismantle and remove exhibits beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Please do not teardown prior to this time.
How do I make arrangements for shipping? Fern Expo is the show decorator for this year's conference. All exhibitors will receive an email confirmation with a link to online ordering for this event and representatives from Fern will be onsite throughout the show.
