Location: 

All sessions for the 2017 Mega Conference will be held at the Indiana Convention Center, located at 100 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis 46225.

The IBA has reserved a block of overnight rooms at the Marriott Downtown at a rate of $179 per night. Reservations can be made online or via phone at 877/640-7666 or 317/822-3500. The block is available until Saturday, April 1st. The Marriott Downtown is located at 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis 46225 and is attached to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk.

Mega Bucks - Please contact Susan Clark before registering. To encourage full participation in the 2017 Mega Conference, the IBA is offering a program that allows members to purchase multiple conference registrations at a discount. To utilize the Mega Buck Discount Program a member would have to purchase at least 10 Mega Bucks (MB). A single Mega Buck is good for golf or a day of attendance at the conference. Someone registering for two days uses two MB and if they register for golf it is an additional MB. This year Mega Bucks are $145 each. To purchase them, contact Susan Clark or 317/387-9380 before you register. Note that Mega Bucks are reserved exclusively for IBA members.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations received by the close of business on Wednesday, April 26, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after that date and “No shows” will result in the registration fee being charged. Substitutions are always welcomed. Mega Buck registrations are not refundable.
