All sessions for the 2019 Mega Conference will be held at the Indiana Convention Center at 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis IN 46225.

Hotel

Marriott is Sold Out - The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is located at 350 W. Maryland St., Indianapolis IN 46225, and connects to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk.

Overflow - an overflow block has been established at The Westin Indianapolis, 241 W. Washington St., Indianapolis IN 46204. Book online or call 1-800-WESTIN1 or 317-262-8100 and ask for the Indiana Bankers Association group rate. Rooms will be available until Tuesday, April 30th at a rate of $139 a night.

Mega Bucks

To encourage full participation in the 2019 Mega Conference, the IBA offers a Mega Buck program that allows members to purchase multiple conference registrations at a discount. To utilize the Mega Buck discount program, a member purchases at least 10 Mega Bucks (MBs). A single MB covers either the golf tournament or one day of attendance at the conference. For example, a person who registers for two days will use two MBs, and to also register for golf would require an additional MB. This year MBs are $145 each. Questions contact Susan Clark or use the spreadsheet for registering. Note that Mega Bucks are reserved exclusively for IBA members.
