Program Overview:

PDF Brochure  Monday, December 17, 2018       3:00 - 4:30 pm

Your borrower has failed to get required insurance, or has let the policy lapse. What needs done and when to protect your institution?  And what do the regulations say about the different kinds of insurance –homeowners, flood, car, etc. In the past, there often were no real rules (other than common sense), and for some insurance situations, that is still the case. But many insurance situations have very specific rules and timing requirements set forth in the regulations. This webinar will discuss these rules and timing requirements in detail, to assure that your institution does not find itself being criticized (or being accused of a UDAAP violation) when your examiners come to visit. Or worse, finding your institution in court, facing an individual or a class action challenge from your borrowers.
