This timely one day seminar co-sponsored by the Indiana Bankers Association and the Graduate School of Banking at the University
of Wisconsin-Madison will provide HR professionals with relevant, practical and up-to-date advice in employment law compliance.
Focusing on recent developments in federal law— as well as in federal regulatory agencies and their initiatives— this interactive forum will allow participants to ask questions and discuss solutions while networking with other bank HR professionals.

Speaker: 

Patty Wise is a labor and employment lawyer and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in that area of practice. She represents clients of all sizes in a variety of businesses, industries, and professions. Patty is a former senior vice president and in-house counsel for a multi-billion dollar bank holding company and continues to serve many financial institution
clients. She has published two books this year on retaliation and harassment. She is a frequent speaker for state banking associations and serves on the faculty of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

Cancellation Policy: 

Within three or more business days prior to the day of an educational program, no cancellation charge will be assessed. Within two days prior, 50% of the fee is assessed.  Refunds are not provided for cancellations 1 day prior or absences on the day of the program.  Substitutions are welcome at any time.
