Annual Convention Vendor Opportunities

The Indiana Bankers Association extends to you a cordial invitation to be a part of our Annual Convention and Trade Show to be held at the French Lick Resort September 15-17, 2019. As a bank service provider, you are aware of the importance of forming lasting relationships and establishing close ties to Indiana’s key decision makers. No other trade show offers you as much exposure for your investment as we are expecting more than 400 bank CEOs, bank executives and Indiana bank supporters to attend.

Make the most of this rare opportunity to make one-on-one contacts with many of the top banking executives from around the state. The convention agenda suspends all other activities during scheduled events in the exhibit hall providing you with the bankers’ undivided attention. Additionally, there are many opportunities for sponsorship that serve to further spread your company’s name and product awareness to bankers attending from throughout the state.

Exhibits

This is your best opportunity to display your products and services to the Indiana banking community!

  • The Convention Exhibit Hall is located on the 2nd Floor of the Event Center in the Hoosier Ballroom.
  • Booths are 10’ by 10’ with 8' high backwall, 3' high siderails, booth identification sign, one 8' skirted table, two folding chairs and a wastebasket.
  • The member booth fee of $1,575 includes fee for exhibit space and one representative to attend all convention activities except golf. Additional representatives can be registered for $275 each.
  • Move-in is Sunday, September 15th and exhibits are open on the evening of September 15th through midmorning on September 17th - click here for a detailed exhibit schedule
  • Tear-down is at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 17th.
  • During the Tuesday break, we will do live exhibitor drawings and invite you to personally announce and award your prize to the winner.
  • Please indicate a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of booth location when you complete your registration. Your booth location will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Sponsorships

The IBA welcomes sponsors for events that are part of the Convention agenda, such as meals, receptions and breaks.  As a function sponsor, your bank or firm will be identified with that specific event through appropriate signage and recognition in the conference program book. Function sponsorships are available in a wide range of budgets, starting at $400.

The program book format preference is a PDF with fonts embedded.  All images used in the creation of your ad must be a minimum of 300 dpi. Images and logos pulled from websites are low-resolution and cannot be used. All ads are four-color. Deadline to reserve advertising space is August  2, 2019. Mobile App Advertising

  • Mobile App Ad     $500 member

Mobile ads will appear in the Mobile App stream. When tapped, the user is taken to the url of your choice or will open a PDF that you submit. The file preference is JPG or PNG, 72 DPI with no visible graphic borders. Design services are available for an additional $150, if needed. Mobile ad submissions should contain the following:

  • graphics file that is 580 x 256 pixels
  • caption (140 character max)
  • button label (30 character max)
  • target url or PDF document link.
