Rod Lasley serves as president of the for-profit companies owned by the Indiana Bankers Association, in addition to his duties as vice president-products & services. He joined the Association in the newly created position of member services representative in 2009 and was named to his current position in 2012. Lasley is responsible for visiting all IBA members to discuss their needs and for maintaining IBA relationships with associate members and Preferred Service Providers. Prior to joining the IBA, he was a banker for 18 years, serving the last three years as president and CEO of IBA-member North Salem State Bank. As a member banker, Lasley served on the IBA board of directors and was president of the IBA Future Leadership Division. He is a graduate of DePauw University and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
