Michelle Long joined the Indiana Bankers Association in 2008. She serves as receptionist and administrative assistant. Some of her key responsibilities include providing customer service, maintaining the database, updating member contact information and offering administrative support. Prior to joining the IBA, Long managed a retail establishment for more than 10 years, with previous experience in office management and administrative support.
