Laurie A. Rees is responsible for planning, designing and implementing educational offerings of the Indiana Bankers Association, including schools, seminars, executive-level forums and webinars; she joined the Association in 1991. She also is responsible for planning and managing the Security, Fraud & Risk Management Conference, Midwest Agricultural Banking School, Agricultural Clinic, Cybersecurity Conference and the IBA Leadership Development Program. Rees serves as primary contact for the IBA’s Agricultural, Bank Security and IT Security committees. Additionally she is the IBA’s liaison for the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the University of Wisconsin and a member of the GSB Education Directors Advisory Group. Rees has been active with Meeting Professionals International and with the Indiana Society of Association Executives, which honored her as Association Professional of the Year in 2009.
