The IBA is pleased to offer the Advanced Branch Management Program. This program is designed for Branch Managers who have completed the IBA’s Branch Management Series.

Branch management in today’s environment is much more challenging and demanding than ever before. What are the additional skills that today’s Branch Managers need? Growing the branch? Compliance and regulatory adherence? Motivating employees? Participating in the community? As branch managers, balancing the needs of the Bank, the needs of customers, and the needs of the employees is a constant challenge.

Do you want additional knowledge, tools, or methods for managing and leading your branch? This workshop takes the next step beyond supervision and management training and explores “real world”, day-to-day, ways for today’s branch manager to succeed as retail-banking business leaders.

Speaker: 

Dianne Barton, is the Founder and President of Performance Solutions, Inc. Her expertise in customer service, leadership, and sales & service culture development is recognized as leading edge by both national banks and community banks. 

Dianne’s programs are designed to “close the gap” between the bank’s needs & employees’ skills.  A philosophy of experiential learning and participant involvement in training led to the development of her “TELL-SHOW-DO” training method that is skill based rather than theory based.  The training limits lecture discussions to a maximum of 7-9 minutes, relying on an active “hands on” approach by the participants.

Participation in IBA programs is limited to members, associate members, and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or nonmember rates.

Additional Information: 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This program is designed for Branch Managers who have completed the IBA Branch Management  Series and experienced branch leaders.

Prerequisite: Participants are requested to bring their branch business plan. Throughout the program, attendees will be encouraged to improve the plan to achieve branch targets.

Cancellation Policy: 

Within three or more business days prior to the day of an educational program, no cancellation charge will be assessed. Within two days prior, 50% of the fee is assessed. Refunds are not provided for cancellations the day before or absences on the day of the program. Substitutions are welcome at anytime.
