ABA Marketing Management

Program Overview: 

This four-week long class examines management activities from ongoing brand management to public relations and digital marketing to return on investment. To be a contributor on a marketing team, you must have a working knowledge of marketing management such as understanding the practices needed to prioritize projects, assess performance and balance resources.

Audience: This is a foundation course to examine the knowledge base and management skills required to manage the marketing activities at a financial institution. It is designed for employees interested in taking an active role in the management of bank marketing.

  • Identify the key management areas assigned to marketing
  • Clarify the purpose and benefit of public relations
  • Explain the importance of data management and direct marketing
  • Examine activities that improve customer experience management
  • Evaluate how to assess your return on marketing investment

Cancellation Policy: 

There is a full refund for any cancellations or transfers made before the start of the class and upon the return of the textbook to ABA. Refunds will be made (less $100 cancellation fee) if received within 10 business days from the start of course and the return of the textbook if applicable. Please include your packing slip or order number with the return of your textbook. You may request a transfer only once with a fee of $100. There are no refunds for cancellations received more than 10 business days after the start of the class.
