We’ve gotten the board on board.  Our users are starting to get it.  Even our vendor owners recognize the importance of due diligence.  Our  business continuity and disaster recovery systems are testing well, and the BIA is updated.  So now what?  For the most part, we’re at our required maturity level, looking at the next level.  And while we’re starting to implement the controls we needed to get to the next maturity level, we’re starting to realize that while we all make mistakes, it’s how we respond to them that matters.  The requirements of Domain Five (Incident Response) made that so very apparent.

How do we streamline the new controls we’ve applied?  What systems can help us filter out all the noise and bring everybody together?  Now that management knows it’s a matter of when, not if, how do we prepare for the scary when?

Please join us as we learn methods to take our cybersecurity posture to the next level.  Security experts will heighten your awareness of trends seen in the industry; industry experts will help us identify compliance concerns and accepted shortcuts. Professionals will share tools they’ve picked up along the way, and help you understand how the tools will impact you, your bank and our banking community.  Don’t miss this opportunity to network with other community bank cybersecurity personnel, security providers and industry experts!
