PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS, INC. (PSI) is a training and consulting company that has been a part of the banking community for over 35 years. Christie Drexler has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry, serving community and regional banks. Her experience has been expansive to include successfully navigating retail, operations, treasury services, and commercial banking careers. She has served as Chief Retail Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and Market/Division President. Christie is a passionate facilitator and coach with a focus on developing competent, caring, and impactful leaders in all roles of banking.
Who Should Attend
A must for the new bank employee, bank veterans who are looking to deepen their banking knowledge, and any and all bank staff with up to five years’ experience in the industry.
The “Essentials of Banking” is priced for maximum flexibility. The bank receives a significant discount by registering for the entire series. The bank may send the same person or a different individual for each session. Furthermore, the bank’s registrant may attend any of the sessions as a single seminar.
Full Series - $850 per IBA Member
Individual Sessions - $225 per IBA Member
Participation in IBA programs is limited to members, associate members, and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or non-member rates.
Surcharge of 100% for Non-Members.
Virtual Training
You will receive your manual 2-3 days in advance should you want to print this to have during training. At this time, you will also receive log in instructions. Each attendee will need a computer, as you will be participating individually AND in group discussions.

Within three or more business days prior to the day of an educational program, no cancellation charge will be assessed.
Within two days prior, 50% of the fee is assessed. Refunds are not provided for cancellations the day before or absences on the day of the program. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
