The Indiana Bankers Association is honored to feature Gov. Michelle W. Bowman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as the cover story of the November/December Hoosier Banker. Gov. Bowman is the first to serve on the Board in the capacity of a specific role, created by Congress, to be filled by a community banker. Also included in this issue are highlights from the IBA Mega Conference and a special tribute to Paul Freeman, who retired from the IBA in September.
